Alex and Andrew met working summers at a golf course in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and reconnected years later as MBA candidates at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. What started as informal advice for classmates became Grizzly Equity Partners.

In 2021, Grizzly acquired CrossFire Group and MedNational Staffing, two workforce solutions companies. Over five years as owner-operators, Alex and Andrew grew revenue more than 60%, expanded gross margin by 130%, increased recruiter profitability sixfold, and quadrupled weekly cash flow, while implementing EOS across both organizations and expanding their national account base. Today Grizzly’s focus has shifted from finding the right business to finding the right entrepreneur to lead one.
