Alexander Rosenau, Managing Partner and co-founder of Grizzly Equity Partners

Before co-founding Grizzly Equity Partners, Alex spent seven years at CrossFire Group, a staffing and recruiting firm, leading account management, finance, and marketing, and closing the company’s largest account. Earlier, he co-founded Rumor Productions, a film production company, and negotiated the distribution sale of its first feature.

In 2021, Grizzly acquired a stake in CrossFire Group and MedNational Staffing, where Alex returned as President of both organizations. Over the past five years he has led CrossFire’s sales efforts, driving revenue growth of more than 60%, growing recruiter profitability sixfold, and expanding the company’s national account base.

Alex also serves as an Operating Mentor with Searchers Fund, founded by Ned Tomasevic, a fellow University of Michigan Ross School of Business MBA.

Alex holds a BA in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He lives in Michigan with his wife, Kirsten, and their son.

Andrew Stinson, Managing Partner and co-founder of Grizzly Equity Partners

Before co-founding Grizzly Equity Partners, Andrew spent over ten years in manufacturing operations and sales across the automotive, industrial, defense, and retail sectors, and helped secure more than $200 million in long-term OEM contracts.

In 2021, Grizzly acquired a stake in CrossFire Group and MedNational Staffing, where Andrew became COO of both organizations. Over the past five years he has run daily operations across both companies, expanding gross margin by 130% and improving weekly cash flow fourfold, while implementing EOS company-wide.

Andrew also serves as an Operating Mentor with Searchers Fund, founded by Ned Tomasevic, a fellow University of Michigan Ross School of Business MBA.

Andrew holds a BA in Economics and German and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He lives in Michigan with his wife, Shivani, and their three daughters.
